💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Terms
All students are required to prepay for lessons. Payment can be made only for packages offered. Subscription-based services may be introduced in the future.
2. Lesson Cancellation / Rescheduling (Live Classes)

Rescheduling: Allowed only if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be marked as paid cancellations, with no rescheduling or refund.

Rescheduling is possible in the event of an emergency, provided the teacher agrees. Any rescheduled lesson must be completed within 42 hours (2 days) of the originally scheduled lesson time and is subject to teacher availability. If the teacher is unavailable within this period, the lesson will be considered completed, and no alternate lesson will be arranged after 42 hours.

No alternate lessons will be provided for cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows made within the last 12 hours before the scheduled lesson time.

3. Refund Eligibility (Lesson Packages)

5-lesson package, refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase
10-lesson package, refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase
20-lesson package refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase
IELTS/TOEIC Package refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase

Refunds will not be processed beyond the above-mentioned windows.

The price of completed lessons will be deducted from the refund.

10% Cancellation Fee

Payment handling & processing fees paid during the purchase

English Quest with Gina is not responsible for any bank charges, third-party payment processing fees, or currency exchange fluctuations. Any such fees incurred during payments or refunds are the sole responsibility of the student and will not be covered by English Quest with Gina.

4. Tour / Mini Vacation Lessons

Cancellations must be made 15 days in advance for a refund.

No refunds are provided if cancelled within 15 days of the scheduled date.
5. Digital Products & Recorded Courses
-
Worksheets and downloadable practice material: Non-refundable.

Recorded lessons: Refundable within 7 days of purchase.

6. Refund Request Process

7. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 14–30 business days, depending on the payment method used.

8. Lesson Validity
-
Single lessons must be used within 7 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Lesson packages have specific validity periods for the Individual Course:
-
5 lessons → valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
-
10 lessons → valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
-
20 lessons → valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
-
IELTS/TOEIC Course → valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.

Any unused lessons after the validity period will automatically expire and are non-refundable.

Extensions are not permitted except in cases of teacher unavailability or agreed emergencies.
