Welcome to English Quest with Gina (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”). By accessing our website, purchasing lessons, or using our Services, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By making a payment, booking a session, or accessing any Service, you acknowledge that:

You have read and agreed to these Terms
You accept the Refund & Cancellation Policy
You accept the Privacy Policy
You consent to updates and modifications of these Terms
Payment constitutes full acceptance of all policies

2. SERVICES OFFERED

English Quest with Gina provides:

1-on-1 and Group Online English Lessons
In-person English Day Tours & Mini-Vacation Immersion Programs
Online/Offline Workshops (Corporate & Individual)
Corporate English Training Programs
Digital Products: worksheets, tests, practice materials, recorded video courses
Coaching for IELTS, TOEIC, Business English, Conversational English, Interview Preparation, and other English-learning programs

All Services are subject to availability and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Our Services are available to learners worldwide, subject to the following conditions:

3.1 Age Requirements

Students under 18 years of age must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
A minor may only participate in lessons with the full knowledge and consent of their parent/guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in compliance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, U.S.) and global child protection regulations.

3.2 Parental Responsibilities

By enrolling a minor, the parent/guardian agrees to:

Provide accurate information
Oversee lesson participation
Approve communication between teacher and student
Accept all terms, refund rules, and privacy conditions
Acknowledge the use of third-party platforms (Zoom, email, scheduling tools)

The Company may refuse service if proper parental consent is not provided.

3.3 Course-Specific Eligibility

For IELTS, TOEIC, Interview Prep, and other high-performance group courses:

Students must have a minimum B2 English level, and
Students must receive teacher approval based on psychological readiness, confidence, communication behaviour, and suitability for group learning.

4. USER CONDUCT

Students agree NOT to:

Use disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate language
Disrupt lessons or group sessions
Record or share sessions without permission
Distribute course materials
Attend lessons under the influence of harmful substances
Engage in behaviour that affects other students or the learning environment

Violation may result in:

Immediate removal from lessons
Termination of services
No refund under any circumstances

5. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

All lessons and services must be paid in advance.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Prices may vary by region and exchange-rate differences.
Payment gateway and processing fees are non-refundable.
Payment confirms acceptance of all Company policies.

6. SUBSCRIPTION LESSON PLANS

6.1 Scheduling

All lessons must be booked within 48 hours of subscription payment.
Lessons must fall within the subscription period.
Students cancelling subscription renewals must still complete all lessons already scheduled.

6.2 Rescheduling & Carry-Over

Lessons cancelled >24 hours before the start may be rescheduled or carried into the next month.
A maximum of 2 lessons may be carried forward.
Carried-over lessons must be scheduled within the next subscription period.

6.3 No-Show Policy

Lessons cancelled within 24 hours or unattended are forfeited.

6.4 Teacher Cancellation

If a teacher cancels any class, an alternate lesson will be arranged at a mutually suitable time.

6.5 Subscription Refunds

Refunds apply only if:

The teacher cannot complete remaining lessons, and
No alternate scheduling is possible

Refund = Remaining lessons
minus 10% administrative fee
minus payment gateway + processing fees

*Exchange-rate note: Company is not responsible for currency conversion losses.

7. FLEXIBLE 1-ON-1 LESSONS

Cancel >24 hours → reschedule allowed
Cancel <24 hours → lesson forfeited
Teacher cancellations → alternate lesson arranged

8. GROUP COURSES

8.1 Attendance

Attendance is mandatory.
No make-up lessons.
No recordings provided.
(These are psychology-backed programs using real-time interaction, breakout rooms, and guided feedback.)

8.2 Refund Window

Refunds allowed only within the first 15 days from the course start date.
No refunds after 15 days.
Only remaining uncompleted classes qualify for refunds (minus deductions).

8.3 Interview Preparation Group Course

Due to its short structure, this course is non-refundable.

9. WORKSHOPS, TOURS & OFFLINE EVENTS

Attendance is mandatory once booked.
Refund rules differ by event and are specified during enrollment.
The Company may reschedule events due to logistical or weather-related reasons.

10. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital items (PDFs, worksheets, recorded videos) are non-refundable.

11. SUMMARY OF CANCELLATION & REFUND RULES

One-on-one lessons: >24 hours reschedule, <24 hours forfeited
Subscription: up to 2 lessons may be carried forward; refunds only in teacher-related exceptions
Group courses: refundable only within 15 days
Interview Prep Course: non-refundable
Digital products: non-refundable
Payment gateway fees & conversion differences are non-refundable

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course materials, videos, worksheets, and resources belong exclusively to English Quest with Gina.
You may not copy, reproduce, share, or publish them without permission.

13. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or test scores. Results depend on student effort, attendance, practice habits, and psychological readiness.
