✅ Lesson and Subscription Policy, Rules, and Student Guidelines

Please read the following policies carefully before purchasing any lesson package or subscription plan.
 

1. Lesson Booking Policy

  • Lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Students are encouraged to book their preferred time slots early to secure availability.

  • For bookings within the last 24 hours, students must contact the teacher directly for confirmation.
     

2. Waiting Time Policy

  • The teacher will wait for 15 minutes from the scheduled lesson time.

  • If the student does not attend within this period and has not informed in advance, the lesson will be marked as completed.

  • No class will be conducted after the 15-minute waiting period.
     

3. Lesson Rescheduling Policy (Live Classes)

  • Rescheduling is permitted only if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the lesson will not be accepted and will be treated as a paid session.
     

4. Late Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations made within the last 24 hours or no-shows will be marked as paid cancellations.

  • No refund or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.
     

5. Emergency Rescheduling

  • In case of a genuine emergency, rescheduling may be considered at the teacher’s discretion.

  • Any approved rescheduled lesson must be completed within 42 hours (2 days).

  • This exception is granted on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
     

6. Technical Issues Policy (Online Lessons)

  • If technical disruptions occur (internet failure, platform issues, etc.), the lesson will be rescheduled without penalty.

  • If technical issues persist for more than 20 minutes and prevent effective teaching, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Repeated technical disruptions caused by the student’s device or internet connection may not qualify for automatic rescheduling.
     

7. Refund Eligibility (Lesson Packages)

  • Refund requests will not be processed beyond 30 days from the purchase date.

  • The price of completed lessons will be deducted from the refund amount.


Additional deductions from approved refunds:

  • 10% administrative cancellation fee

  • Payment processing fees charged at the time of purchase
     

8. Refund Request Process

  • To request a refund or cancel a service, please email:

    Include:

  • Full name

  • Purchase date

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Payment receipt or invoice

    Incomplete requests may delay processing.


9. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14–30 business days, depending on the payment provider.

  • English Quest with Gina is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment gateways.
     

10. Lesson Validity Policy

Individual Courses & Packages

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Valid only for the active billing month.

  • 10-Lesson Package: Valid for 90 days from purchase date.

  • 20-Lesson Package: Valid for 180 days from purchase date.

  • IELTS / TOEIC Packages: Valid for 180 days from purchase date.
    All purchased lessons must be completed within the specified validity period.

    Once the validity expires:

  • Lessons cannot be refunded

  • Lessons cannot be extended

  • Lessons cannot be transferred
     

11. Subscription Billing & Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

  • If cancellation is requested after billing has been processed, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle onward only.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused lessons within an active subscription month.

  • Unused subscription lessons do not roll over to the next month.


12. Trial Lesson Policy

  • Trial lessons are limited to one per student.

  • Trial lessons are non-transferable and cannot be refunded once completed.


13. Non-Transferability

  • Lesson packages and subscriptions are non-transferable.

  • Lessons may not be shared, resold, or reassigned to another individual.


14. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful and professional behavior is expected during all lessons.

  • English Quest with Gina reserves the right to terminate lessons or subscriptions in cases of misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.

  • In such cases, refunds will not be issued.


15. Policy Updates

  • English Quest with Gina reserves the right to update these policies at any time.
    Updates will not affect active agreements during their current validity period.
